I am a hands-on result oriented team lead with over 10+ years of experience currently leading an engineering team which specializes in spearheading the development of online trading tech stack that facilitates transactions with volume over 100+m$ per annum.
My passion lies in driving engineering teams while working with other stakeholders to achieve common business objectives. Additionally I am keen on analyzing and addressing challenges at a macro level and leading my team to find effective solutions.
While being hands-on team lead, I am also focused on software architecture as well as enhancing the software development workflow by implementing appropriate processes and tools that optimize the developer experience to maximize the team productivity.
