Domain-Specific Sentiment Analysis in Textual Feedback: AI-Powered Aspect Detection and Sentiment Analysis for Textual Feedback and Reviews

This project focuses on enhancing AI-based auto detection of domain-specific aspects and their associated sentiments in textual reviews and feedback across various components of the Emojot platform, such as Experience Management (XM), Online Reputation Management (ORM), and Social Listening and Tracking (SLT). The goal is to improve accuracy and consistency in identifying various sentiments within a single review that discusses multiple aspects. Despite the availability of managed NLP services and the advent of Large Language Models, achieving domain-specific accuracy remains a challenge particularly when the review is in a different language. This project aims to tackle this issue, offering significant value in automating textual data analytics and interpretation.
