In our digitally connected world, user-generated reviews are invaluable resources for businesses seeking to enhance their products and services. Aspect-Based Sentiment Analysis (ABSA) plays a pivotal role in deciphering these reviews. ABSA elevates traditional sentiment analysis by categorizing feelings into product attributes, facilitating targeted improvements. Our research advances ABSA using state-of-the-art Transformer models well-versed in language understanding. By employing these models, our aim is to streamline requirements elicitation, providing businesses with actionable insights and more customer-centric product development.
